Refunds, Returns, and Changes Policy

CHANGE POLICY: We get it, change happens. If you change your mind about an item, we may or may not be able to accommodate, depending on our progress on the order. If we are able to make changes, for any change that involves additional work or materials, we will send you a “Change Order” invoice for the additional costs.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY: Orders with custom paint colors are returnable within 30 days of receipt, and refundable minus a return fee of 10% to cover the cost of repainting. Orders with custom fabrics or dimensions cannot be easily sold to other customers, so they are non-refundable. Thank you for understanding.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


You may exchange an item for another of the same or equal value, within 30 days of receipt.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying any shipping or other costs involved in returning an item.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
